Terms and Conditions of Sponsorship.     PARENTS/GUARDIANS

1.   The fund will pay for school and accommodation fees for successful applicants
      to attend Secondary School each year. This will continue for up to 6 years
      where 'A' levels are studied, otherwise 4 years.
2.   Your child must pass each year without failing.
3.   Parents/guardians must provide financial support to equip their child with a
      mattress, uniform and stationery necessary for the term.
4.   Parents/guardians must provide moral support, for example giving your child
      time to complete homework during the holidays and encouraging him/her not to
      indulge in ulanzi etc.
5.   All initial application forms should be given to the Primary School head teacher
      to post to SEED.
6.   Money will be transferred directly into the Secondary School bank account.
7.   The Primary School and parents/guardians must also fill in an application form
      on your child's behalf.
8. For applications to be considered the Primary School must send the forms
      within 1 week of receiving the results.
9. A form must be returned confirming you child's attendance at Secondary
      School.
10. Your child must write to his/her sponsors in English each term, with help from
      the Secondary School staff. This letter should be given to the head teacher to
      post with the termly report.
11. SEED must be notified of any problems that arise.
12. SEED must be notified if your child drops out for any reason.
13. If the terms and conditions cannot be met, then SEED must be informed in
      writing, giving an explanation.
14. Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions will result in the termination of
      funding.
15. The parents/guardians must sign a copy of this form to agree to the above terms
      and conditions.
